in 1979. She was one of the first women to regularly onsight
grade 25 and is credited with a string of significant ascents
around Australia and around the world.
These days Louise enjoys helping others achieve their own
aspirations in climbing, whether it be climbing for the first
time, learning to lead, or attempting more difficult routes.
She has been guiding and instructing since 1983.
was a founding member of The Climbing
Company in 1988. He discovered climbing way back in 1972 as
a schoolboy exploring the Blue Mountains.
Throughout the 1970's Chris gained prominence as one of Australia's
leading climbers. He established the first grade 24 at Mt
Arapiles and pioneered a number of cutting edge routes at
other cliffs around the country. |
